Family Owned, Right Here in Nine Mile Falls
We're Nine Mile Septic, a family-owned and operated outfit working out of Nine Mile Falls since 2002. Robby and Daniel run the work in the field, and odds are good it's one of us you'll be talking to when you call.
Septic isn't glamorous, but it matters, and we think how you're treated while it's getting sorted matters just as much. So we keep it simple: show up when we say we will, keep the job site clean, charge a fair price, and never sell you work you don't need.
A lot of what we do is just answering the phone and helping people understand their own system, sometimes for free, before anyone owes us a dime. After more than twenty years out here, that's earned us a lot of neighbors who call us first and tell their friends to do the same.

After hearing the dreaded septic alarm at 4:30am, I placed a call to Nine Mile Septic. They didn't open till 7am but I got a call back from Robby at 6am walking me through what to do. Cracked risers, root intrusion, draw down below spec. He showed me how to do the dirt work to save myself some money, installed the risers and certified the system for our home sale. Robby and Daniel were both a great help.
We cannot recommend Nine Mile Septic enough. Robby went above and beyond to earn our business from the get go. We had a really tight window before handing the keys to the new owners, and he came at the end of his workday that very evening to help my husband find the lids. The day of, he did a fantastic, thorough job, at a very fair price. Truly impressed with their professionalism and communication.
I called up to ask questions about prior service and they really extended themselves, spending a long time for free over two phone calls to educate me about my situation and the steps I should take. They went out of their way to help a stranger calling up out of the blue. That's the kind of service that comes from having a good heart. My hat's off to them.

Not at all. If we've worked on your home before, there's a good chance we can help locate them, and we can dig them out for you as part of the service. Plenty of folks miss their own lids, it happens more than you'd think.
